Lost your Student's Pass  

If you lose your Student's Pass in Singapore or overseas:

  • Make a police report with the local police.
  • Submit the police report to ISC  (for graduate and exchange/non-graduating students) or SAO (for undergraduate students) who will then assist you to re-apply for a new Pass. You will be required to pay for the application and visa fees accordingly. Please go to the respective offices with the police report and passport.

To submit applications in person to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for loss of Student's Pass with all the required documents.

  • Certification letter from ISC (for graduate and exchange/non-graduating students) or SAO (for undergraduate students)

  • Passport with at least six months validity period and a recent photograph.
