The Healthy Lifestyle Unit organises, co-ordinates and implements health education and healthy lifestyle programmes and activities for the students.  It is located at the Sports & Recreation Centre and comes under the Student Affairs Office.

Best Buddy Forever (BBF) Awards

The H
ealth Promotion Board (HPB) is organising the 'Best Buddy Forever' BBF Awards in conjunction with the World Mental Health Day celebration this year. BBF Awards is an online contest for youths aged between 13 and 25 years old. 

It is a platform for them to show their appreciation and gratitude towards their buddy/buddies who have helped them overcome challenges in their lives. This contest, which focuses on the theme of 'Friendship', seeks to promote positive social network and encourage formation of supportive relationships.  Details
