A certificate of ECA participation is issued to graduating students and existing students for scholarship applications. The ECA certificate issued by the University records ECA participation of NTU students for activities organized by NTU student organizations.

Email Ms Jennifer Lee (YYLee@ntu.edu.sg, 67906340) with your matriculation card number, contact details and reason of request.
You can also visit the Student Affairs Office in person. You will need your matriculation card.
Processing time is 2 working days.
Collection
If the certificate is being collected by a friend:
Send us an email with your friend's name and matric card no. or IC no.
On the day of collection, please ask your friend to bring along his/her matric card or IC or send an authorisation letter through your friend. Your friend has to bring his/her matric card or IC.
