Matriculation

Matriculation for students admitted in Academic Year 2011-12 

 ONLINE DECLARATION, ONLINE SUBMISSION OF PHOTO

You are required to make your declaration and submit a passport-sized photograph of yourself online by Monday, 20 June 2011.

ONLINE MATRICULATION & TIMETABLE 

Please matriculate after you have completed your online acceptance where you will be issued a matriculation number.

You are required to matriculate online from Tuesday, 26 July 2011 to Thursday, 28 July 2011 (10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.) in order to be a registered student in NTU.

If you accept our offer of admission after 28 July 2011, please matriculate online one working day after you have created your network account.

Please note that your name will not be in the register if you do not matriculate online.

Once matriculated, you will be able to print your course timetable for Semester 1 AY 2011-12. The timetable shows the courses and the lecture/tutorial/laboratory groupings that you are assigned to. Please be advised that you have to remain in your courses and groupings as they have been assigned based on careful planning and in line with your curriculum requirements.

 COLLECTION OF MATRICULATION CARD

All new students will be issued a matriculation card. The card must be collected in person. 

Students who did not collect the matriculation cards from their respective Schools are advised to do so at the Office of Academic Services, Student Services Centre Level 1 from Thur 25 August 2011 onwards.
