Examination

Transcripts 

The transcript is an official permanent academic record which contains all courses and grades obtained by a student during his or her period of study at NTU.

Students on completion of their degree requirements will receive an original copy of their transcript together with their degree certificate at the Convocation. For those who are graduating in Semester 1, they will be issued the original copy of their transcript about 3 weeks after the release of examination results.

Applying for Additional Copies of Transcripts

For additional copies of transcripts, you are to apply online at this link

Requests for additional copies of transcript will only be processed after the original copy has been issued.

Modes of collection

In the online transcript application system, you may choose to collect the transcript as follows :

Collect personally  from Office of Academic Services located at Student Services Centre, Level 1[You may authorize a proxy to collect the transcripts on your behalf. Please provide him/her with a signed letter of authorization.]
  •  
Sent to you by registered mail 

  Processing time and Charges

Transcript will be ready for collection or mailing 5 working days from the day of receipt of payment by Office of Academic Services. If you have opted for the transcript to be mailed to you, please kindly take note of the additional mailing time and postage charges:

A nominal fee is imposed for each copy of transcript. Please refer to the table below for the charges:

Remarks: (*) At the end of the online transcript application form, you will need to confirm all details shown on the confirmation page before you proceed to make payment. Please print the confirmation page.

Outstanding tuition fees

For graduates or students with outstanding tuition fees, please note that your transcript request will not be processed until you have settled your fees.
