When to Register 

You are only allowed to register for course(s) during the period allocated to you.

All registration of courses must be finalised within the stipulated period. After the period, you are not allowed to add or drop any courses.

IMPORTANT

A course dropped within the registration period will not appear in your result slip and official transcript. But, for a course that has not been dropped within the registration period, you will be deemed to have sat and failed the course and a grade 'F' will be reflected in your result slip and official transcript.

REGISTRATION PERIOD

SEMESTER 1 AY 2012-13

A. For Existing Students

i. Registration Period I
- Priority is given to coursework students registering courses offered by their own programme of study.

25-JUL-2012 (Wednesday), 1700hrs

NOTE:

  1. Coursework students who registered for courses offered by other programme of study will receive a confirmation through email on 27 July 2012, 1700 hrs.
  2. Research students will receive a confirmation on their courses through email on 27 July 2012, 1700 hrs.
  3. For students who have missed the above Registration Period, you can proceed to register for courses during the Registration Period II.

ii. Registration Period II
- Remaining vancancies for every course will be made available to all students.

14-AUG-2012 (Tuesday), 1100hrs

23-AUG-2012 (Thursday), 2359hrs

NOTE:

  1. Research students will receive a confirmation on their courses through email on 24 August 2012, 1700 hrs.

B. For M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) New Students Admitting in Semester 1 AY 2012-13

    Priority in registering CEE courses: 13 Aug 2012 (1100hrs to 2359hrs)

C. For All Other New Students Admitted in Semester 1 AY 2012-13

i. Coursework Students

  • Please check the courses that your School may have registered for you.
  • You are allowed to add/drop courses from 14 August 2012 (1100hrs) to 23 August 2012 (2359hrs).

ii. Research Students

  • You are allowed to add/drop courses from 14 August 2012 (1100hrs) to 23 August 2012 (2359hrs).
