Maximum AU Allowed to Register Per Term
Selection of Elective
Selection of an elective is on a first-come-first-served basis. If you have chosen an elective which belongs to another programme, you will then be placed on a waiting list in the first instance. Allocation of electives will be made after the stipulated registration period and is done on a first-come-first-served basis.
Example : If you are a MSc(Communications Engineering) student, you have chosen elective EE6122 Optical Fibre Communications and elective EE6401 Advanced Digital Signal Processing. EE6122 is offered by MSc(Communications Engineering) while EE6401 is offered by MSc(Signal Processing). Your registration for EE6122 will be confirmed there and then, but for EE6401, you would be placed on the waiting list. Only after the end of course registration period would you be allocated for the course on first-come-first-served basis.
You will be notified through email/GSLink after allocation has been made.
