How to apply

Please apply online at www.ntu.edu.sg/gip one semester before you intend to embark on the programme.  

When to apply

For GIP Work and Study, GIP Study and GIP Research:

• January till February for GIP participation in Semester 1
• July till August for GIP participation in Semester 2

For GIP Prelude:

• May and October for mid-year and year-end vacation, respectively 

Application for GIP (exluding GIP Prelude) for Semester 2 of AY 09/10:

Selection 

Candidates will be selected based on:

• their academic records 
• recommendation by respective schools 
• language proficiency 
• other qualities (e.g., leadership qualities, CCA involvement, etc)
  

Priority is given to Singaporeans.

Outcome of Application

Candidates will receive the outcome of their applications via email. Those who accept the offer to participate in the GIP
will receive further information on placements and preparation ahead of their immersion. A pre-departure briefing will also be held.
