Team News
National Championships 2008 (10th Pesta Sukan)
The NTU Women’s team defended their title to remain as champions for the 2nd year running in the overall school category and attained 5th in the Open category. The NTU Men’s team came in 6th in the overall school category and 4th in the B division Men’s Open category.
Each player is training very hard and pushing themselves to the limit for the upcoming National Championships 2009. The girls are looking to defend their title once again for the 3rd consecutive year and to attain at least a 2nd in the Open category. In a very competitive league, the guys are seeking the 3rd position in the school category this season.
Singapore Polytechnic Canoe Polo Open Championships 2009
After being relegated to the loser circle in the preliminaries, the senior girls’ team fought their way up game by game to emerge as overall champions. They showed commendable fighting spirit, proving to their opponents that they are by no doubt the champions. The junior girls’ team came close to winning their first medal on the winners’ ladder but fell short of it and took the 5th placing. This is an improvement for them from their 8th placing the previous season.
The guys’ team came in 1st in the Group D Guys Category and was placed 13th in the overall guys division.

We welcome anyone to join us. Just have an open mind and the passion to learn. The skills to play can be nurtured eventually. What’s most important is your perseverance and your fighting spirit.

Other Interesting Information
Both our coaches are Singapore National Team players. On top of this, Li Xingfu coaches the Ladies’ National Team. We have several National Team players among us, namely, Tan Teng Ee, Low Weining, Choo Yuzheng, Eliza Wang and Seah Kai Ling.
