The international Master of Science programme in Integrated Circuit Design is jointly offered by Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Technische Universitaet Muenchen (TUM).

The programme involves a nine-week internship with an industrial company (usually in Singapore or Germany) with the Master's Thesis consisting of a one-semester project related to leading-edge research, which may be undertaken either at NTU in Singapore or at TUM in Munich, or in a company under the supervision of the faculty staff.
