Schedule of Activities

Please take note that there have been changes to the collection of the degree certificate, transcript and academic dress. In addition, invitation cards will be sent by post to graduates*. Graduates are advised to refer to the schedule of activities below and check the relevant webpages for degree certificate, transcript, academic dress and invitation cards.

(Remarks: (*) Higher degree graduates are required to indicate their attendance in the convocation online form for the invitation cards to be mailed to them.)

Late April/ Early May 2009	Launch of Convocation 2009 website	Graduating students/graduates are advised to check the Convocation 2009 website for information on the Convocation schedule and details.
8 June 2009 - 30 July 2009	Sale and rental of academic dress	Graduates may purchase or rent the academic dress from the official vendor, Serangoon Broadway Studio. Please click here for more details.
19 June 2009 – 7 July 2009	Update particulars and postal address, indicate attendance* and check outstanding fees/fines online Remarks: (*) Only higher degree graduates are required to indicate their attendance for convocation	Graduates are required to access the convocation online form to update their particulars and postal address for the mailing of invitation cards. Request for extra invitation cards may be submitted via the same online form. Please click here for more details. Graduates who have outstanding fees not settled by end June 2009 may face a delay to the preparation for their convocation. Graduates are strongly advised to check online for any outstanding fees owed and to settle the payment as soon as possible.
8 July 2009 onwards	Release of the outcome of the allocation of extra invitation cards.	Graduates are advised to check their NTU email account for the outcome of the allocation of invitation cards.
8 July 2009 – 17 July 2009	Mailing of invitation cards	Office of Academic Services will mail invitation cards, including the extra cards allocated (if any), to graduates.
23 July 2009 – 30 July 2009	Convocation 2009 ceremonies	Graduates to attend their respective ceremony and receive their degree certificate and transcript at the ceremony.
31 July 2009 – 31 August 2009	Return of academic dress	For graduates who opt to rent their academic dress, please return them to Serangoon Broadway Studio.
