To be eligible for Convocation 2009, you must have fulfilled all the requirements for your degree and the results of your final semester of study must reach the Office of Academic Services by mid-June 2009.

For NTU final year bachelor degree students who complete their attachments (including Industrial Orientation) later than 6 June 2009, your results will not be confirmed in time for inclusion in Convocation 2009. Similarly, for NTU final year bachelor degree students undergoing exchange programmes, you will not be included in Convocation 2009 if your results cannot reach the Office of Academic Services by 17 June 2009. You will still be able to graduate and will be conferred your degree after confirmation of successful completion of your attachment or exchange programme. You will join the convocation in the following year and will need to indicate to the Office of Academic Services your interest to join Convocation 2010, by 30 September 2009.
