Graduates will be issued the degree certificate and transcript during the convocation ceremony. Please click here for the procedure on the issuance of the items at the ceremony.
If you are unable to attend the convocation, you may collect the two items personally from the Office of Academic Services from 7 August 2009 onwards. Alternatively, you may request for your certificate and transcript to be sent to you by registered mail. Please note that the degree certificate and transcript will be sent to you from 7 August 2009 onwards and you will be charged a handling fee for the registered mail. Please contact Office of Academic Services with regards to this arrangement.
The name to be printed on your degree certificate and transcript will be in accordance with that in the student database. If there is any change to your name, please contact the Office of Academic Services by 29 May 2009. |

Collection of your transcript will be during the gown collection period for your Teacher's Investiture Ceremony in July 2009. Details on this collection and the ceremony itself will be sent to you by NIE.
