Guest Rooms Booking & Check-in Procedures
Please place your booking via e-mail or fax by submitting a completed NEC guestroom booking form. Once your booking request is submitted, our reservation team will contact you to inform of guestroom availability.
Do note that if the booking form does not contain any mode of payment / guarantee instructions, NEC may only make tentative bookings. NEC may cancel any tentative bookings without notice whatsoever.
Non group booking: To guarantee your guestroom booking, please provide a valid credit card for pre-authorization purpose in the booking form OR visit us at NEC to make payment at the Front Desk. If guestrooms are to be settled by school account instead, kindly provide us with your school’s Cost Centre and G/L code (with the guestroom form duly endorsed by your Approving Officer).
Group booking: To guarantee the group booking, NEC requires the client to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of charges, inclusive of Service Charge and Goods and Services Tax. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be credited towards the total charges.
We will send our booking confirmation via e-mail, indicating room type and room rate with other relevant information pertaining to the booking. Reservation team will respond to you within three working days, if the guestroom reservation request is received during our office hours. Please print out the confirmation e-mail from us for reference.
Check-in time is after 1400hrs and check-out time is before 1200noon Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and charges. NEC will impose a half day charge for late check-out between 12noon and 6pm and full day’s charges from 6pm onwards. NEC will also impose a half day charge for early check-in between 6am and 2pm, and full day’s charges from anytime before 6am of the arrival day.
Pre-block for early check-in or late check-out is subjected to one night charge and availability at point of request.
Payment Method & Guarantee Booking
Rates for NEC and payment are in Singapore dollars only. We accept various valid credit cards such as MasterCard / Visa / American Express / China Union Pay.
NEC may request your credit card imprint or cash deposit for services (such as laundry, room service etc.) which are to be settled by guests upon checking-out.
All cancellation must be notified in advance in writing and must be acknowledged by reservation team.
Non group booking cancellation: 7 days’ advance notice before actual arrival date. 1 night’s guestroom charge will be imposed to the schools or parties concerned for less than 7 days' notice.
Group cancellation: 60 days’ advance notice before actual group arrival date. Total number of rooms booked X 1 night’s charge will be imposed to the schools or parties concerned for less than 60 days' notice.
Extension of Stay
If after checking-in you would like to extend your stay in NEC, please contact the Front Desk.
NEC reserves the right to change the above mentioned reservation and cancellation policies without prior notice to meet busines needs.
