2010 Nanyang Awards Presentation Ceremony
The Nanyang Awards 2010 Presentation Ceremony was held on 5 April 2011 at the Nanyang Auditorium. The Awards give the highest recognition to faculty, staff and students who have made remarkable contributions to the University. Twenty-one faculty members and three teams were among the award recipients.
The Awards Presentation Ceremony was presided by Professor Bertil Andersson, President-Designate and Provost, Nanyang Technological University. Professor Andersson, together with Professor Freddy Boey, Provost-Designate, presented the trophies and certificates to the award recipients. Faculty, staff, invited students, and family members and friends of the award recipients were present to celebrate the joyous occasion.
Following the Award Ceremony was the Faculty & Staff Event where faculty, staff and invited guests were treated to a delectable buffet lunch with a “seventies” theme. A Roving Magician, a Rainbow Calligraphy Artist and Caricaturists ensured that the Event were light-hearted and lively.
