Find out how to submit your papers to DR-NTU by following the instructions below.
You are required to submit your *final peer-reviewed manuscript of journal articles and conference papers in DR-NTU (Open Access). There are 3 ways to submit:
Email us the following:
a. Final accepted version of your manuscript
b. Name of Funder
c. Journal title or Conference name
d. Subject Keywords if it is not available in the paper
Deposit your final accepted manuscripts into RIMS when you are updating your publication
output. Your submission will be added to DR-NTU upon review by the Library.
Submit to DR-NTU (Open Access) directly:
Login to DR-NTU
b. Select the Collection to submit to
c. Fill in as much information as possible, do not leave out the following:
i. Names of authors
ii. Title of paper
iv. Subject Keywords
d. Attach your final accepted manuscript in PDF format
e. You will be required to grant NTU Library non-exclusive distribution rights upon submission.
However, do be assured that the Library will ensure that the copyright of the article is not infringed.
*Please only submit the final peer-reviewed manuscript as shown below:
Submit complete full-text versions of your theses or reports to DR-NTU (Restricted Access) directly within one week from the date you submitted your hard copy to Graduate Studies Office:
Login to Dr-NTU using your student network account.
Select the corresponding collection under your school.
Fill in as much information as possible, do not leave out the following:
a. Title of thesis
c. Name of supervisor
4. Attach the thesis/report in PDF format.
5. You will be required to grant NTU Library non-exclusive distribution rights upon submission.
