Future of Management in Industry 4.0
Poster Showcase by Renaissance Engineering Programme
“Unprecedented and simultaneous advances in artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, the internet of things, autonomous vehicles, 3D printing, nanotechnology, biotechnology, materials science, energy storage, quantum computing and others are redefining industries, blurring traditional boundaries, and creating new opportunities” (Klaus Schwab, Chairman, World Economic Forum).

In the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), from Artificial Intelligence (AI) to the Internet of Things (IoT), these emerging technologies are expected to scale in the next 10 years, and they will have a disruptive impact on how global businesses are led and how global operations are managed. How will management be different when cyberphysical systems are increasingly pervasive across industries? How do leaders manage human-machine interactions? How will the PDP (physical-digital-physical) loops transform the way we manage and lead? Without a doubt, management and leadership will undergo major transformation in Industry 4.0.

Come and visit this exhibition to find out the major transformations that management and leadership will undergo in Industry 4.0.

There will be a launch event for the exhibition at 10:00 am on Friday, 9 November 2018 at Lee Wee Nam Library, Exhibition Area, Level 3.

All are welcome!
