General Rules
- The University Librarian may permit any person the occasional or limited use of the Library.
- Membership is restricted to persons residing in Singapore.
- The University Librarian reserves the right to grant membership to any person.
- Membership cards (student matriculation/staff/associate member cards) are not transferable and must be produced whenever requested to do so by Library staff. The student matriculation or staff card is your library card.
