INSTEP provides opportunities for you to develop global perspectives in your area of speciality. Choose from some 200 partner universities in more than 30 global cities. Peer Exchange Counselors (PEC) Speak to our friendly Peer Exchange Counselors about learning and living abroad. Be prepared to discuss your program choice, your study plan, eligibility and any questions you may have. Please refer to the schedule below for your walk-in consultation during weekdays from 2pm – 5pm. Each PEC is a returned INSTEP participant, and the name of the host university(ies) will appear under their names.
