Master of Science (Managerial Economics)

NTU started this MME Programme in 1998 which is conducted in Chinese. This programme provides candidates with a thorough appreciation and understanding of economics policy management, economics administration and strategy in East Asia with a special focus on Singapore. This inter-disciplinary programme consists of comprehensive areas such as economics and finance, management strategy, law and accounting and so on. Students who meet the requirements of the programme will get a Master of Science degree granted by Nanyang Technological University. The MME programme focuses on strategic thinking and planning, and assesses public and corporate policy effectiveness on the basis of solid analytical framework for top government officials and senior executives of large enterprises. Master of Public Administration

In 2005 NTU started to offer this MPA programme conducted in Chinese in order to meet the demands of training more leaders for government and enterprises. Students who meet the requirements of the programme will get a Master of Public Administration degree granted by Nanyang Technological University. The MPA Programme aims to train senior officials from China and East Asia in an effort to enhance their capacity to manage policy in rapidly changing domestic and international public environments and study the public administration in Singapore. This programme was approved and supported by the Ministry of Organization in China Central government and provincial government, the China Embassy in Singapore, as well as relevant Singapore government agencies.
