  • Japanese Speech Contest 2009
    The winners of the Japanese Speech Contest  2009 are as follows:
    • Ms Zheng Xia (EEE2) - 1st Position, Tertiary Category
    • Mr Huang Zhiwei David (MPE3) - 4th Position, Tertiary Category
    • Ms Jiang Meng Yuan (MAE2) - 6th Position, Tertiary Category
    • Ms Ng Li Jie Nathalie (EEE) - 1st Position, Open Category.
    Organized by the Embassy of Japan, Japanese Cultural Society, Japanese Association, Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Japanese University Graduates Association of Singapore, the Japanese Speech Contest promotes the learning of the Japanese language in Singapore.

 

  • French Singing Contest 2008
    An HMF2 student, Ms. Lee Xi Xun of NBS2, won a prize for this contest organized by APFS (Association des Professeurs de Français de Singapour).

  

  • Competition “La francophonie en 10 mots 2009”
    The first prize was won by an NTU student, Mr. Shen Yunzhou of EEE3.

  

  • French Alumni French Language Awards 2009
    This prize is awarded by the French Alumni Association to the best student in French at different institutions. This year Ms. Therecy Dammen of CEE3 received the prize for NTU.
