While the Division does consider taking in part-time students for our MA and PhD programme, it is ultimately the decision of a faculty member whether he/she thinks it feasible for the research to be conducted on a part-time basis.
Graduate Program by Research
The graduate program at NTU Division of Psychology is a research-based program. We currently do not offer course work/applied degree. For the MA/PhD by Research degree, the focus is on developing the students' own research skills instead of an applied field of psychology. The student is expected to work closely with a supervisor on a research topic. Applicants who are interested in pursuing a research-based degree are encouraged to look at the profiles of our individual faculty members and see if there is a match in research interest. Please refer to the following link for information on our faculty members: http://www.ntu.edu.sg/HSS/Psychology/People/Pages/default.aspx
