Tuition fee and some compulsory fees are payable on a semester basis. You will receive bills for tuition and related fees electronically in the form of an electronic-bill (e-bill). An e-mail notification will be sent by the NTU Shared Services to your e-mail account when a bill is raised. You are advised to log on using your StudentLINK account to view and print your e-bill for record. The payment due date and amount will be indicated in the e-bill.
Students are strongly encouraged to pay fees through GIRO as it provides the added convenience as well as
avoiding late charges as deduction of fees will be automatically done.

For Semester 1 and 2 GIRO payment, deduction will be in October and March respectively. Actual deduction date will be reflected in your e-bill.

For your convenience, fees can be paid at One Stop@SAC.
Only cashless modes of payment (GIRO, NETS, cash card, EZ-Link, cheques, bank draft, cashier’s order and credit card) can be accepted at
One Stop @ Student Activities Centre (located at Nanyang Technological University,
NS3-01-03 North Academic Complex, 50 Nanyang Avenue, Singapore 639798) whilst OCBC NTU Branch continues to accept payment by cash, cheques, bank draft and cashier’s order. When making payment, please bring along a copy of your bill.
For payment by crossed cheque or bank draft drawn on a local bank in Singapore, please issue to "Nanyang Technological University" and on the reverse, indicate your name, matriculation number, contact number and purpose of payment.
Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
Students who do not apply for Giro account can make an online payment by accessing this
Student is required to Login as Student and click on “My Cases” to make payment.
Students with outstanding fees will be barred from viewing examination results in the current semester and from registering subject in the following semester. A late fee of $25.00 will also be imposed.
