Career Assessment Tools

Harrison Assessment (HA) is one of the more reliable career assessment tools in the market that students can use to identify possible career directions.

The tool was developed based on occupational psychology and has a 90% accuracy rate in predicting job success, compared to only 55% for most other personality tests.

CareerHub@CAO offers students the use of HA which can help you to learn about your individual traits, preferences and competencies. It can also help to match your skills and interests to the career that best suits you.

What does Harrison Assessments offer?

- A quick 25 minute online questionnaire (equivalent to answering 2,700 questions)

- Accurate assessment based on at least 6 dimensions (Values, Work Task and Environment Preferences, Personality, Interests, Personal Honesty and Motivation)

- A variety of detailed reports to help start your career hunt.

• Career Options report (recommended if you are purchasing only one report)
• Provides a list of career options with individual suitability scores to identify the most suitable options that appeal to you
• Career Development Report
• Gives you detailed guidance related to how you can develop your career
• Career Comparison Report
• Allows you to compare your own traits to the essential and desired traits of a chosen career and provides details on traits that you are lacking to achieve success in the chosen career.

How to sign up?

1) Proceed to CareerHub@CAO to make payment for Harrison Assessment (either for one report or all three reports).

2) Upon payment, you may start to attempt the questionnaire at http://www.applyjobfit.com/assessee/link/cen6bkzms5bf.

3) Once completed, the reports will be generated, which you will be informed by a certified Harrison Assessment Coach to pick up from CareerHub@CAO. The coach will then help you to evaluate your report. Please note that your report/s will only be processed (printed) if you had made payment at CareerHub@CAO prior. 

How much do I have to pay?

All NTU students are entitled to taking HA at a lower cost than through external parties.

Each purchase of a HA report will include an interpretation with a certified Harrison Assessment Coach.

How to pay?
