As an alumnus of the University, you are entitled to a variety of privileges that the Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) offers. No membership fee is required, as the AAO is not an alumni club, but an administrative arm of the University that serve as a link between you, our alumni, and the University.
NTU Alumni Card
Your Alumni Card, your NTU identity. Being part of the Nanyang alumni family, you are entitled to the Alumni Card. It is one that identifies you with NTU, now and in years to come. Rejoice in your NTU identity and start your lifelong connection with your alma mater. You have earned the exclusivity of belonging to the NTU community.
There are privileges and benefits you can enjoy from being part of this family of exclusive Alumni Card holders. Some of these include special packages in beauty & wellness, shopping, sports & leisure and wining & dining.

Free lifelong alumni email
NTU has provided a host of email services to you from the time you were a student all the way till after your graduation when you become an alumnus of NTU. The NTU Mailbox was issued to you as a student and if you have just graduated, you now have the option to keep this mailbox. This new service is now in place, thanks to the Centre for IT Services, NTU.
You can now keep your mailbox forever - nothing will change (only your domain name will move from STUDENT to ASSOC). You will continue to have access to selected Public Folders and to the iGEMS portal, as well as Career & Attachment (CAO)'s online jobsite - CareerMall.
If you have graduated from NTU some years ago, you can also apply for a free alumni mailbox, which you will keep for life.
You will be given an email address ending with @ntu.edu.sg. This will recognise you, our alumni, as part of NTU. With this alumni mailbox, you can now identify yourself as the privileged Alumni of NTU and keep in touch with all your fellow Uni mates!

Alumni Email Forwarding Service (AEFS)
This is a free service for NTU alumni to maintain a permanent email address with the University. When you register for this forwarding service, you specify an alias to be used as your permanent email address. All your emails will automatically be redirected to your preferred email address.
For example, all email to "tychan@pmail.ntu.edu.sg" (permanent email address at AEFS) will be redirected to "tychan@pacific.net.sg" (personal email address).

NTU Alumni Network Group on Facebook
Alumni are invited to become a member of the NTU Alumni Network Group on Facebook. The aim is to foster communication among alumni, as well as between you and your alma mater.
As a member, you will get to socialise with fellow NTU alumni from Singapore, as well as other parts of the world. You can create networks online and get a discussion or dialogue going. Library Alumni Services
All alumni can access remotely databases which the Library has negotiated for you.
Access is through your alumni email account. Library membership is not required for this access. Alumni who would like to enjoy more library privileges are encouraged to apply for our Library Graduate Membership. The annual subscription fee is waived for the 1st year upon graduation.

Career services & job opportunities
NTU’s Career and Attachment Office (CAO) has set up the CareerMall@NTU which is an online jobsite exclusively for NTU students and alumni. Besides job search and application functions, users will also be able to register online for career workshops/talks, recruitment events, career counselling and many others. In all, it's a one-stop portal for career-related activities.

Marriage Solemnisation
Exchanging marriage vows with that one special person is a defining moment in life. To our alumni who are tying the knots, we are pleased to extend to you a special marriage solemnisation service. Mr Soon Min Yam, Director in-charge of the Alumni Affairs Office (AAO), who has been a licensed Deputy Registrar of Marriages to solemnise marriages in Singapore since 1992, will be presiding over the ceremony.
The unique AAO service now comes with a private and exclusive solemnisation room. Aptly named ‘Dendrobium Nanyang’, the room is accessible to couples at no extra charge. It is located within the AAO at NTU’s Nanyang Executive Centre.
