The Committee on Committees comprises senators appointed by the Senate Steering Committee. The role of this committee includes recommending to the Senate the creation or dissolution of Academic Council standing committees and appointing Academic Council members to such committees. The Committee of Tellers, apponted by the Committee on Committees, ensures that all election activities for the Academic Council are conducted in an open and fair manner. The Planning and Policy Committee, also appointed by the Committee on Committees, will examine long-term trends and implications for the University and will provide input to the University on such matters.
