Corporate Email Signature

The corporate email signature was launched on 6 October 2009 and is designed to project a distinct NTU identity and to achieve consistency in our communications, in particular with external parties. The email signature will also present essential information, such as contact details, for the convenience of those with whom the staff is communicating.

Staff can access the user guide to activate the email signature which has been created from the information database. Please note that there is a different guide for Microsoft Outlook 2003 users, which is given at the top of the user guide.

Some examples of how the email signature will look like are given below:

FOR ACADEMIC STAFF

FOR NON-ACADEMIC STAFF

As reflected as in the examples above, staff should not change the font type, size or colour to maintain a uniform signature design and to project a more professional image in our official email correspondences.

There will be a confidentiality and sustainability statement that will be automatically generated by the system when an email is sent from the NTU server. As advised in the user guide, staff are not required to add the accompanying statements manually.

If you need further assistance, kindly contact Mr Tan Teck Tim (CITS) at 6790-6339 or Ms Caron Chan (CCO) at 6514 1907.
